The homeowner would like to paint all of the rooms in their new home. They would like to have the walls, ceiling, doors and all the trim painted in each. They would also like to replace some of the baseboards that don't match along with the basement door. MDF will prep and paint the main floor and the upstairs of the new home. They would like to change the color so we will do 2 coats on the walls and trim and one coat on the ceiling. We will only paint the ceiling in one room upstairs but all of the ceilings on the main floor. We will also change the baseboards that don't match so that all of the baseboards on the main floor are the same!
This homeowner would like a few areas of the exterior to be touched up, including the columns in the front window, crown molding, and the garage door frames. For the interior, we will be painting the walls, ceilings, and trim in the foyer, kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, master bedroom, upstairs bathroom, and three more bedrooms as well as the upstairs hallway walls, trim, and doors.
This commercial property manager is in dire need of a professional painter to work with on an annual basis, improving the quality of their exterior paint and carpentry jobs. MDF will transform 41 units with fresh paint and the proper preparation work! The scope of work includes:
1) Pressure wash all exterior surfaces including masonry, wood, vinyl siding, gutters, downspouts, shutters, aluminum flashing
2) Replace all rotted wood (defined as pieces of wood that have a moisture meter reading above 13%) with white composite
3) Remove and paint all shutters that are in bad condition and in need of even paint
4) Remove all deteriorating caulk around all window and door trims
5) Re-caulk around all window and door trims as necessary with "Big Stretch" caulk
6) Sand all loose and peeling paint on all window trim, door trim, doors, rear slider trim, and all privacy dividers.
7) Prime all bare wood with Sherwin-Williams Exterior Primer
8) Paint all Front Doors with them open if possible (MDF to post notices on each unit door informing the customer that Saturday mornings will be "door day" and asking for them to be open so we can paint the full door). If the door is closed and no one is home; the door will be painted as is.
9) Paint all rear slider door wood trim white with Sherwin-Williams Emerald Rain Refresh Satin finish
10) Paint all window and door wood trim white with Sherwin-Williams Emerald Rain Refresh Satin finish
11) Paint all privacy dividers with Sherwin-Williams Woodscapes Solid Stain (color to match existing)
12) Paint all wooden ceilings on small front porches with Sherwin-Williams Emerald Rain Refresh Satin finish
These homeowners just purchased this home and are not happy with the color. They said, "all green must go!" MDF will come and soft wash the entire exterior of the home. We will then apply two coats of finish paint to the vinyl siding to completely transform and change the color to the homeowner's liking. All gutters, downspouts, corner boards, and anything green will be painted over with a finished product so that these new homeowners can finally pull into their driveway with 100% satisfaction with the transformation.
This deck is in need of a semi-transparent stain to show some of the wood grain while allowing some color and excitement into this 780-square-foot deck. MDF will come in and soft wash the entire deck area as well as spindles and stairs. We will lightly sand down any imperfect areas, brush, and then role paint/stain across the decking area, spindles, top rails, facia boards, deck stairs, and risers.

Robin called MDF to paint his master bathroom. The crew began by repairing the ceiling and the walls to make them ready to paint. They then painted the ceiling with the full coverage coat. He decided to do a color change in the ceiling to the color white. Then, they painted the walls with the full coverage he decided to do a color change in the bathroom too, he chose the color white in Matte. And they painted the window and door trim. They also painted the radiator and the door. For the final step they made sure they applied caulk around the trub to prevent water damage.

The crew began by pressure washing all the vinyl clapboard and trim on the exterior of her home thoroughly. Then they applied 2 finish coats of Sherwin Williams Bondplex to the full house. MDF painters sanded, and power washed the deck before staining. She chose to use Sherwin Williams Charwood (SW 3542) in a semi-solid finish. This allowed the rich brown shade to stain the wood while letting the grains and knots come through. She loved highlighting the natural beauty of her deck!
Ann B. called MDF Painting to update the colorful walls in her marvelous Milford home. The previous paint job had started to chip away. There were also plaster sections on the walls that had been repaired by the homeowner. Between these two factors, the paint looked inconsistent throughout the home.
While painting the bathroom of Ann's house, the medicine cabinet was removed. A hole was left in its previous place due to how it fits into the wall. We replaced the supporting 2 x 4 and sheetrock. After these fixes, MDF's painters applied a skim coat of plaster. The patch was sanded down to blend seamlessly into the existing wall. Then, painters applied primer and paint. Two coats of Benjamin Moore paint were used on the walls. The colors used throughout Ann's home were custom mixed. Her walls are still colorful with an elegant touch!
