Interior and Exterior Painting in Greenwich, CT
Challenge
A property management company contacted MDF Painting right before putting a magnificent house on the market in Greenwich, CT. The house needed repairs completed before showing it to potential buyers. Since MDF has worked with real estate representatives who are both selling and buying property many times before, we understood the time sensitivity. A Paint Care Consultant met with them and discussed a comprehensive to-do list. Balcony floors and window trim boards required replacement, as well as the bathroom walls needed repair.
Solution
Painters started the job by pressure washing the entire any areas before painting and trimming any foliage away. They very thoroughly re-surfaced the siding, decks, balconies, and gate doors to best prepare for painting. Slow-drying, oil-based primer was applied before new paint. After the balcony replacement was completed, all of their floors were treated with a sealant to protect them from UV rays and foot traffic. The deck was stained using Sherwin Williams Superdeck in Hill Country. The siding, gates, trim, and balconies were painted using Sherwin Williams Emerald satin in a shade of white that was custom color-matched. The house looked fabulous for the next owner!
