Challenge
Michael W. called MDF Painting to paint the exterior of his Greenwich home. He was having issues with moisture and mildew, which was discussed with the MDF team during the consultation.
Solution
Painters started the exterior paint job with a full pressure wash that included roof cleaning. The chemicals used on the roof dry and clean it over three to six months, then prevent re-growth. After, painters prepped the siding for paint with sanding and applying an oil-based primer. This product works well for wooden siding, so the paint stays fresh for longer. The paint was mixed with mildewcides at the store to prevent future issues. Sherwin Williams Woodscapes and Bondplex were painted on the siding and trim. Michael loved the results of his paint job!
