Challenge
The homeowner has gotten 20 great years out previous paint job. As youngest daughter gets ready to graduate from high school, they are proactively thinking about selling in the next few years and would like the house to look its best for a graduation party this June.
Solution
MDF will address all rotting wood mostly found in trim. We will paint and refresh the entire home in a timely manner hopefully helping to net a nice ROI once selling time comes.
