Challenge
The homeowner would like to have her 2 story deck power washed and stained. She would also like a few board that have begun to rot replaced. When washing and staining Connie only wants the deck floor and the top of the railings addressed. She would like the spindles left as they are to help keep the cost down.
Solution
MDF will power wash, sand and stain the back 2 story pool deck. The customer would like everything completed before she opens the pool if possible. We will replace a few rotted boards. Then wash and sand the deck, and finally give it a fresh coat of stain.
