Challenge
The maintenance manager has some new residents moving in and needs a room painted quickly. He sometimes does it himself, but has other pressing needs. He also needs a quote for power washing outside of the building.
Solution
MDF will mobilize a paint crew tomorrow and refresh the room so he doesn't have to do it himself. Hopefully, we wow with the painting service and make the power wash seem like a no Brainer.
