The Woman Behind the Phone
If you have called MDF recently, you have already met our call center master Stephanie! She is our dedicated receptionist, and scheduling problem solver. But who is the woman on the other end of the call? This writer asked the hard questions to find out.
Stephanie recently moved to Connecticut from New Rochelle, New York. She has a daughter who she adores with her husband, Saul. She has extended family living in the Hamden area, which pushed her to take a chance and start a new life here.
Stephanie’s favorite things about Connecticut so far have been the local attractions that her family has been seeking out during the weekends. Going to museums, hiking trails, and shopping centers have been filling up her calendar the most. Stephanie is also very active with her daughter Sadie’s life, getting involved with her school’s programs and activities, as well as recently joining the Girl Scouts.

Stephanie loves to go out and explore but can’t resist the opportunity to stay home and bake. Her favorite dessert to whip up is cupcakes! Cinnamon Apple is her current go-to with Connecticut fall apples.
Stephanie misses the culture of her old neighborhood. Her family and her heritage are very important to her. The feeling of everyone being someone you know, a family member or a friend can be hard to replace when moving to a new place, but we welcome Stephanie to the MDF Family with open arms!
