How MDF is Different from Other Painting Contractors
When MDF Painting started, it was just owner Mark DeFrancesco painting homes in New Haven County. Now 25 years later, quite a bit has changed. Mark has always prided himself on improving the business he built as needed to provide customers with quality painting projects. One of the reasons MDF stands out so much to residents in Connecticut is how our process is different from your average painting contractor.
After realizing you need painting, pressure washing, or staining projects done, the first step is calling MDF. Our call center is there for you and will transfer your call to our lead scheduling master, Stephanie. Since we have an open-ended process, you can add different jobs to a single consultation appointment. So if you decide you want interior and exterior work done, we can accommodate this. During the recent health crisis, many of our customers are opting in to our virtual consultation process. If this option appeals to you, please let Stephanie know while she is scheduling your appointment. She will also send a packet of information to your home, with details about our insurance, testimonials, and frequently asked questions.
One of our Paint Care Consultants will meet with you to discuss your painting, staining, light carpentry, and pressure washing ideas in detail. They will go over what to expect for each job and help you decide what is best for you and your home. From there, you can add on work, or decide not to do certain things. This ensures you're getting the work you want to be done on your home, and not extra things. Once you've made those decisions, the scheduling team works to put you in our queue of upcoming jobs, or if you'd prefer to schedule during a specific time, we will work to accommodate your needs. Call MDF Painting to see our consultation process first hand, it's completely free!e!
