MDF Fourth of July Cookout and Training!

    With everything that's been going on, the MDF family isn't meeting up like we used to. We often have our own company celebrations for holidays, and we missed a few of those. To make up for it, Lisa Hollingsworth and Mark DeFrancesco bought cookout staples such as burgers, hot dogs, and marinated chicken to grill with snacks and soda available as well. They set up a tent, a grill, and opened up the new MDF warehouse to have a spread out cookout!
    Paint crews came by to stock up on equipment, and perform training and evaluations after eating. The warehouse has mock set-ups for decks, interiors, exteriors, windows, and door frames so each crew can show off their craftsmanship skills and talk shop with their peers. All of the Crew Leaders, Customer Happiness Specialist, and Paint Care Consultants were on the scene to eat and check-in.
    The weather went from hot to rain, but the MDF family didn't leave until the food was gone! It was a productive and fun afternoon before the long weekend. We're ready to work!
