On time, thorough discussion of the project needs, timing. The ability to produce a printed estimate on the spot was impressive.
No hard sell. It was all about my needs. Also appreciated the estimate to paint the entire house since he was here. I will definitely call when we are ready to do that.
The team was excellent. Diligent work (as if it was their own home), professional, detailed. Cleaned up everyday and gave progress report of next steps and timing due to the weather.
Flawless. Everything was protected throughout.
What made you choose our company:
Our screened in porch had weathered from the sun and needed painting on some portions and removing old varnish in other areas plus some wood replacement on the screens. The MDF flyer arrived in the mail noting all the items I needed done they could provide. I checked out the neighbors homes who had work done by MDF and they were pleased. Their sales rep arrived, did a thorough inspection of the project and gave me a detailed printed estimate. The price was attractive and the work could be done before the colder temperatures arrived. Then I received a detailed new customer package in the mail outlining all the things for preparation and how they would communicate with me throughout the project. The crew was outstanding, professional and diligent in their work and well as daily communication. The weather did interrupt part of the project but still completed on time. Cleanup was excellent. We also received literally daily check-ins from the office on progress. The result was outstanding, the painted and varnished areas look stellar.
