Rob came to do an estimate. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and upfront about the process of carpenter work and painting. After having a horrible experience working with Madison Properties from Milford, Rob, from MDF, was a breath of fresh air. He reviewed Madison’s Properties' shoddy work that needed to be redone. Thoroughly, listed everything, suggested solutions, and measured everything. They have not worked on the house yet, but they will be. The company also has a guarantee that gives me great comfort. Especially after the Madison Properties’ project manager was dishonest and installed such subpar work. It is wonderful to find contractors like MDF and Rob that care about their craftsmanship and are true professionals. They are one of the good companies worth hiring.
