Challenge
The winery’s owners want a “quality job from a quality company.” This 30-year old vineyard and historic homestead is in need of repair. The property includes a barn built in the 1600’s (one of the oldest colonial buildings in CT), a home built in the 1740’s, an 18,000 square foot winery with multiple buildings and a restaurant. Each building is in need of carpentry repairs and a professional exterior paint job!
Solution
MDF will restore this historic gem to it’s original beauty! Our project will involve over 500 hours of labor, a long-term manufacturer warranty and our unique Customer Care Program as we partner in maintaining this iconic property.
