Challenge
Bill D. is a representative of a condo association. He called MDF Painting to stain the decks of the residents in his buildings. As a past customer, he knew he could rely on MDF to power wash and stain the decks without upsetting his residents.
Solution
MDF sent several crews of painters to handle this project efficiently. 28 units in 2 separate buildings had their deck's power washed top to bottom. Then, each deck was stained on both sides. Afterward, Bill thought the job was great! He has already planned for MDF to come back for additional exterior maintenance in phases, and we couldn't be more excited!
