Deck and Fence Painting in Norwalk, CT
Challenge
Anita and Vernon C. contacted MDF painting with a few different areas they were interested in painting around their home. The column pillars in front of their home needed repairs before painting. Their fence's previous stain was also cracking. MDF devised a painting plan and got to work.
Solution
The entire home plus the fence and deck were pressure washed to start the job. The client requested we use environmentally friendly Jomax 3-part solution; it kills mold and slows down the regrowth of mildew. Painters mixed a 2 part Epoxy filler to repair the columns. Then the deck, fence, and pillars were prepped for paint by sanding. The deck floor, spindles, and railing were stained in a solid finish. The picket fence and deck were custom color-matched. The couple was over the moon with the results of this project!
