Challenge
Galen C. called MDF Painting to add some new life to the deck in his Madison backyard. Painters needed to address the peeling issues before adding a new stain.
Solution
To combat any future moisture issues, MDF power washing technicians cleaned the deck a week in advance. This made sure the deck's wood was completed dried out before any primer or stain was added. The deck floor, rails, and steps were sanded down to remove the paint flakes. A small paint crew added primer then stain after custom color-matching the new Sherwin Williams Superdeck. Galen loved the results and enjoys spending time on his new deck!
