What to expect

Our painter will arrive on the scene quickly and ready to provide an honest day's labor on your projects starting with the tasks you designate as the highest priority. Our painter will then get to work and go through your list of projects. However, it is the client's responsibility to direct labor and answer questions. For the best results, we suggest you readily be available so that our painter can let you know their progress and, should a project take longer than expected; you can adjust your priority jobs accordingly.

Please be aware that our service does not include call-back visits for any reason. Therefore, it is critical that you work with the painter to help assess whether or not one project needs more work or a touch-up before starting the next. It is also important that you work with our painter to ensure that the most important projects are completed. Keep in mind that the last tasks of the day may not be finished 100%, so priority tasks should be put in earlier in the day.

What does it cost?

This program offers the service of one professional painter for up to an 8-hour workday (minus two 10-minute breaks required by law) at the cost of $760 plus materials. A $200 non-refundable deposit is charged in advance by a credit card to reserve a scheduled date. The balance plus any material charges are due the day the work is completed. Any time worked over 8 hours will be billed at our overtime rate on per-hour bases. Often, most clients will provide the basic paints required. We include soft supplies like plastic, tape, roller covers, spot primers, repair compounds, etc. These are included in the above prices. There are no travel charges or lunch break charges.
