Cleaning Delicate Sliding in Redding, CT
Challenge
Ray M. hired MDF to power wash his house for the second year in a row. He has cypress siding stained with bleaching oil and white painted trim. It's a nautral exterior that has to be weather-proofed thoroughly in order to withstand the elements. If left unfinished or the finish is stripped, the cypress will wither and turn grey, making it unusable. He also explained that some of the patio doors will leak if the jet is directed too closely to the openings.
Solution
The crew that came to do the job were well prepared, very courteous and careful with the property. The foreman understood the situation with the property and took great care to make sure that there were no water leaks or damage to this siding. Unlike other crews that were hired in the past, the MDF team brought extension ladders to reach the second story siding and trim (which as some points is 28 feet high!). Excellent work!
