Challenge
The homeowner would like house power washed in time for some company coming out on May 20th. She also is thinking ahead to a summertime bathroom remodel that will involve painting with Benjamin Moore Aura Spa so the mold and peeling can be avoided in bathroom. Will pair with some PPG ultrafast on the trim so staining and scuffing is no issue.
Solution
MDF will power wash home paying special attention to porch so damaged areas are avoided but green is removed. We may gently power wash the Ime wood deck, and down the road we hope to transform the yellow rag painting in bathroom to a more neutral tone that stands up to heavy moisture.
