Exterior Painting in Guilford, CT
Challenge
David E. called MDF Painting to address the peeling paint issues for the siding and deck of his Guilford home. MDF fit him into the spring schedule as soon as possible.
Solution
Painters power washed the home and deck thoroughly to clean and remove loose paint. The paint crew feather sanded the siding, trim, and the spindles, railings, posts for the deck. They also applied an oil-based primer to prep for new paint. Benjamin Moore Exterior Regal was painted on all trim, Benjamin Moore Arborcoat Solid Stain was applied to the siding, and Sherwin Williams Superdeck in a solid finish was used on the deck. The colors were all custom color-matched to the existing light blue and white. David was impressed by the quality of the finished product! MDF was happy to exceed his expectations!
