Carlos and Norma Ann called MDF Painting to update the paint on the exterior of their Milford home. They were familiar with our company but had chosen other contractors for maintenance. Solution
Power wash technicians cleaned the home and the deck a week before let the surfaces dry out before painting. This method helps prevent any moisture issues in your home's paint or stain job. The carpentry team made small replacements for the window trim. Painters prepared everything for painting by sanding and applying primer. Carlos and Norma wanted to keep the colors the same, so it was custom color-matched using a small chip of paint. They also stained their back deck with a slightly darker color. They were so happy with the results, they recently called us to paint their rental property as well! We love our repeat customers!
