Exterior Carpentry and Painting in Sherman, CT
Challenge
Lance L. called MDF Painting because he was concerned about damage to the fascia and soffit on his home in Sherman. He was also interested in changing the color of his exterior with new paint. MDF was happy and capable of doing both aspects of this home renovation.
Solution
MDF power washing technicians arrived a week before to clean the home. They scrubbed the exterior with mold, mildew, and dirt-killing solutions before rinsing this off with a power washer. Then the carpentry team inspected the areas mentioned above, as well as a corner trim piece and a piece of flashing. After replacing these damaged parts, caulk and liquid nails sealed them. Lance decided on a medium and neutral grey shade that modernized his home! The results were spectacular!
