Beth from Easton, CT was in need of MDF’s services. The hallways and bathrooms of her home were covered in an unappealing wallpaper, which was already peeling off. In addition, her deck was very dirty and needed an update as it has not been painted in years.
Solution
Our team fixed all of Beth’s problems, starting with a deck staining service. They first power washed the deck, removing all the unwanted dirt, and later applied a wood color stain to brighten up the deck. Our crew then started removing the interior wallpaper after the floors were covered in three levels of protection. They saturated the wallpapers in a mixture of chemicals, so they were able to easily remove each sheet of wallpaper by hand, without ruining the walls. Next, they pole sanded the walls to remove any dirt, glue or debris. After the wallpaper was completely removed, our crew was able to apply a top-quality primer and start the interior painting service. They painted the ceilings, hallways, bathrooms, shutters, and the living room cabinet using a simple tan color. Beth’s home is completely transformed, and she could not be happier.
