Challenge
The homeowner would like to sell their home this summer and is looking to increase its value. They would like to change the color of the siding and refresh all of the trim. He will be staining the deck and paint the doors himself but would like to have the rest done professionally as some spots are 3 stories high.
Solution
MDF will power wash and paint the entire exterior. We will put 2 coats on the siding and 1 coat on all of the trim. The home owner is painting the doors & shutters but would like us to paint all of the door/window frames along with the fascia, soffit & corner boards.
