Challenge
Purchased a new property 2 years ago and the exterior needs some work to protect it for the future. The main area of concern is the 3rd story that needs some new shingles. The homeowner would also like to have the first 2 stories prepped and painted as well.
Solution
MDF will prep and paint this 1850's historical house with the existing colors. We will also do some carpentry work to the 3rd story shingles and the bilco door.
