Challenge
The homeowner needs a paint color change to the exterior of their home, along with some prepping work that needs to be done.
Solution
MDF will softwash the entire exterior of the home. We will then start our prep work, which includes sanding and scraping all loose paint and cracks. Then, we will spot-prime all bare wood areas with a slow-drying oil primer to ensure proper adhesion when applying the finish coat of paint/stain. All fascia boards, soffits, and shutters are in a select few door frames, window frames, and garage doors. A few holes were created by Carpenter Beast to be filled with wood putty and painted/stained over.
