It started with Mark's professional assessment of the job, his recommendations on some colors and some repairs that needed to be done, and a detailed statement of work that was crystal clear what was expected from them and from us. Lisa and Al did a great job managing the job and the schedule and I really can't say enough about Romulo and his painting crew...just top notch! Before we made the final payment the team quickly executed on our punch list (even doing a small thing that was not in the original proposal because they care so much about customer satisfaction).
