Just had the exterior of our house repaired and painted by MDF and couldn’t be happier. Our old house had been painted with lead paint, MDF is licensed to remove lead paint with sanding and power washing. Jose, Jean, Gonzalo and Ramiro were all very knowledgeable and professional. They always arrived early and communicated what the plans for the day were. We have 5 dogs and they were also very responsible about keeping all doors and gates closed. Would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to paint their house.

Three years ago, I hired MDF to power wash and paint my 2 story colonial home. Mark came to my home to assess the job, spent unrushed time with me going over the scope of the job, and within a day or two, Lisa sent me a kind letter and quote for the work to be done.Once I contracted with MDF, the workers arrived on time on the day specified and they came each day until the job was completed. I was changing the color of my home from a dark color to a light one, and I was worried about a high cost due to the requiring of extra paint coats to cover the dark color. Mark assured me that he did not think that would be necessary, and he was right!At the time, I was so pleased with the home painting that I also contracted MDF to power wash and paint my deck. Mark told me that I should call him or a rep. from MDF out every year to assess whether touchup would be necessary as that would save me money, rather than waiting until the deck was in need of a full repaint.I did this, and for the past 2 years, I was told that the deck looked fine. This year, it really needed a repaint, so I again contracted MDF with the same excellent response, service, and courtesy.I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone who wants a professional job done at a fair price.

MDF is very thorough and detail-oriented. They worked cleanly and went above and beyond-they volunteered to move my patio furniture items away from the house and they even hand-cleaned the gutters with Tilex after completing the project. I really appreciate your help and commend you on a job well done!
