MDF Power washed my house this past weekend. They were very professional, arrived on time, introduced themselves, left the house gleaming! Damien and crew walked me around the house after the job to make sure everything was perfect, which it was. Couldn't have asked for anything else. Would recommend this company to anyone without reservation. Will have them paint my house next year.

We have used MDF twice over the past three years and once for power washing.MDF doesn't just show up and paint, rather they are there from start to finish. I really appreciated Mark's knowledge about the types of paint and even the colors. The crew came out exactly as scheduled, then prepped and completed the job quickly and efficiently with a thorough clean-up.There's always someone in the office ready to assist you (unlike other companies where the painters are the only ones to interact with you and they're always on another job). With the painting here this month there was one trouble spot we saw after the paint dried fully, and they were back quickly to fix it.It's clear that you're a valued customer and they care about the quality of work and want to assure you're satisfied and happy with the final result. We were very happy with the painting and power washing and will use MDF again.

We contacted MDF Painting & Power Washing to provide us with a quote for exterior painting and they responded very quickly. They were onsite in a short timeframe reviewing the job and were very knowledgeable about all painting products. They responded quickly with a quote which was less than other competitors we had received. Once the project began they were always on-time and completed the project on-schedule as promised. We had just installed new cedar and shake siding and wanted it painted with care. As they began painting we decided the color was much too light and they were quick to help with changing the color. The painters were extremely respectful of our home and property and were very neat with clean up completed nightly. We were very happy with our experience and have recommended MDF to our friends and neighbors.

Had them power wash siding, clean stained gutters, remove peeling paint and prime/paint the entire exterior of my home. They are very professional, have great communication all around, and Anthony[did most of the work himself] is very friendly and has great attention to detail. They care about doing quality work and it shows. I would definitely use them again!

INITIAL PRESENTATION Grade: A COMMENTS: I was very impressed with our initial meeting. You were on time, looked professional, had a professional demeanor and exhibited expert knowledge. The information packet you brought over, which included your license and insurance information, was very helpful. Unlike other contractors I called, you were able to give me a quote right at the first meeting which was also very helpful. You were courteous and really seemed to want my business without being pushy or had sell. COLOR SELECTION Grade: A COMMENTS: The color and tone that you initially mentioned was the color I went with and it was perfect for the space, truly perfect. It imparts just enough color and is a nice contrast to the white ceiling and trim. PREPARATION Grade: A COMMENTS: I thought the preparation was done expertly. Your crew took the time to really prep the walls and the ceiling. Based on the condition of the walls to begin with I was impressed by the prep work. CREW Grade: A COMMENTS: I was very impressed with your job foreman. I thought he was very accommodating and very pleasant to deal with. In fact, it was his willingness to come over and sample the colors that led me to choose your color recommendation. I really didn’t get to know the entire crew, as I left the house open while I was at work, but the foreman was excellent! CEILINGS Grade: A COMMENTS: Overall the work on the ceiling, the prep, re-taping and re-popcorn work was nearly outstanding. It looks brand new. I did find one very small area where it looks like a small crack might have returned. This keeps me from giving the full A. But as long as that spot holds the paint I am satisfied. WALLS Grade: A COMMENTS: The walls look marvelous. Again, based on the 22 year age of the house I am very happy with the walls. All the settling cracks were addressed as were any holes or other imperfections. Good job. FINAL THOUGHTS/RECOMMENDATION Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with MDF Painting and was glad that I made the choice to use you. Not only will I use you again, I have already talked to your office about re-painting my den. Your foreman even mentioned getting some samples out to me over the next few weeks and I am looking forward to seeing them and getting that project done. “The inside of my house, for the most part, looks brand new and I am very happy. MDF stripped, primer and painted all of the exterior wood surfces on our 163 year old church, including the wood framing on many stained glass windows and the wood surfaces on our steeple. They completed this large scale project in just over three weeks, and their workmanship was truly exceptional. Bob and the team working through some of the hottest weather we've had in years. They did a truly outstanding job and were a complete pleasure to work with.
