We particularly appreciated the walkthrough around the house in advance of the wash where I was able to point out that we wanted the lowest pressure possible for a wash of the deck so as not to strip the paint. I appreciate Jamie’s ability to describe the project and answer all of my questions in a way that is complete, helpful, and not patronizing – which is difficult to say about other companies with which I have worked. MDF did great work at my rental house. I hired them to power wash old vinyl siding, 2nd and 3rd floors of a three-family house, and two porches. The first floor is stucco. They did an excellent job and the work crew was neat, courteous, careful and efficient. The crew was careful of the old stucco and the screens and when the 2nd floor porch didn't drain well the guys wet vacumed it so water didn't pool.The house looks terrific! Many neighbors commented on how good the house now looks and the tenants love the clean exterior. The price was competitive and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend MDF for power washing.

MDF got my entire interior house painted in less than a week! Workers were clean and were able to move and then replace my heavy furniture with little prep from me. Once the first coat was on, a second was recommended for certain rooms and the price was absolutely fair! My house looks great and I look forward to the next project with the team at MDF. Thank you!
